Ed Rogan ETC was on board from 1964-1970 as Nav-ET Chief. He went from the Marshall to MAG in Rome Italy, then retired got married and lived in Appleton, Wisconsin. He was teaching math at the University of Wisconsin at Appleton. I worked for Ed when I was on the Marshall, He was a good leader and fine individual. Submitted by: Richard G Light
