Arthur was born on January 22, 1938 and passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Arthur was a resident of Hastings, Minnesota at the time of his passing. He graduated from high school. Art enlisted in the United States Navy and was Marine Mechanic for twenty years rising to the rank of Master Chief. He was married to Patricia. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday April 5 2016 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 2035 West Fifteenth St. Hastings with visitation one hour prior to Mass at church. Military Honors will be performed following Mass at church by VFW Lyle Russell Post 1210.
